Keely Pearce Aggabao

Keely Pearce Aggabao brings over ten years of experience in collaborating with donors, nonprofit organizations, and nonprofit boards. At Paper Crane Funding Solutions, she focuses on donor engagement and retention, leveraging her exceptional relationship-building skills. Currently, Keely serves as the Recruitment & Engagement Specialist at Fairfield Homes and Gorsuch Construction, an Ohio-based development, property management, and construction firm dedicated to providing safe and affordable housing. In this role, she effectively utilizes her strong interpersonal skills to support candidates from their initial contact through the hiring and onboarding process and into their tenure as employees.

Before joining Fairfield Homes and Gorsuch Construction, Keely honed her expertise in donor relations and annual giving campaigns while working for a hospital foundation in the nonprofit sector. She also has experience in the government sector at the county level.



In her personal time, Keely enjoys performing in music, dance, and theatre, as well as reading and traveling. She is also actively involved in various local community boards. Keely holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Art History from The College of Wooster.
